So, who are these Catalysts of change? We’re collaborating with four experts in the small and midmarket business space. And we’ve got our digital host, Sarah Evans, on tap to interview each of them. Here’s an overview about our Catalyst team:

Host

Sarah Evans is a digital correspondent with her company Sevans Strategy. It’s like bringing in your own, personal news crew to get the content you want. That includes social and digital strategy, talent, editing and publishing. She is privileged to work with companies, like SAP and Cox Communications.

Robert Sher is founding principal of CEO to CEO, a consulting firm of former chief executives that improves the leadership infrastructure of midsized companies seeking to accelerate their performance. A frequent speaker on the successful leadership traits and skills of CEOs of midsized companies, Robert has been published in the Harvard Business Review, Forbes, CFO and other leading publications. He is a regular columnist on Forbes.com, and published a multipart series on HBR.org. He published his first book, The Feel of the Deal: How I Built a Company through Acquisitions. His newest book, Mighty Midsized Companies; How Leaders Overcome 7 Silent Growth Killers, has made quite a splash in the midsized companies world.

Sharlyn Lauby is an author, writer, speaker and consultant. She is best-known for her work on HR Bartender, a friendly place to talk about workplace issues. Publications such as Reuters, The New York Times, ABC News, and The Wall Street Journal have sought out her expertise on topics related to human resources and the workplace. Sharlyn is the author of “Essential Meeting Blueprints for Managers,” and ”Manager Onboarding: 5 Steps for Setting New Leaders Up for Success”. Her personal goal in life is to find the best cheeseburger on the planet.

Mark Madsen is a data strategy and data science advisor on analytics, data management. He specializes in business intelligence and information delivery and the technology infrastructure required to support them. If your question is related to BI, web 2.0 for BI, open source or data integration, Mark is your man. He basically talks about the arrangement of 1’s and 0’s.
